The primary target subscribers are members of Texas state government (inclusive of public universities); however, any government employee may join. Members must subscribe with an an identifiably government email address. There is no fee for subscribing. Participation is completely voluntary. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the TX-PM Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.) |
